Data Protection at Rest and in Transit

All data transmitted to and from TaxOasis is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). Data at rest, including user accounts, billing information, and uploaded documents, is encrypted using AES-256 encryption on our secure database servers.

AI and Data Privacy

We use advanced AI models to process your tax queries and synthesize guidance based on the UAE legislative framework. We strictly do not use your query data, uploaded documents, or chat history to train our AI models or third-party AI models. Your data remains yours.

Document Retention

Any files (PDFs, Word documents) you upload for context during a query are temporarily processed and stored only as long as necessary to provide the answer. Documents are securely isolated and access is restricted to the automated systems generating your response.

Vulnerability Reporting

If you discover a security vulnerability in our platform, please report it to our security team. We ask that you do not publicly disclose the issue until it has been addressed.
