It is not intended to be, and does not constitute, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Use of the website does not create a client relationship between you and ECOVIS JRB. You may access and use the website for your own personal or internal business purposes. In doing so, you agree not to use the website in any manner that is unlawful, infringes the rights of any third party, or could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other user's use of it. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the website, any account, computer system, or network connected to the website, or any data on it.
All content published on TaxOasis, including text, graphics, logos, layout, the design and presentation of the assessment tools, the underlying capability matrix, written analysis, and downloadable materials, is the property of ECOVIS JRB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "ECOVIS" name and logo are trademarks of ECOVIS International and are used by ECOVIS JRB under licence.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for the purposes described in section 3. You may share links to public pages of the website. You may not, without our prior written consent, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the content; create derivative works based on the content or the assessment logic; or extract, scrape, or use automated means to copy any part of the website or the underlying data.
The output produced for you by the assessment tool, including your personalised report, is provided to you for your internal business use. You may share that report internally within your organisation and with your professional advisors.
The provider directory and the ASP shortlist generated by the assessment tool are based on publicly available information about each provider, on data published by the UAE Ministry of Finance, and on ECOVIS JRB's professional assessment. The information may not be complete or up to date at the time you view it; provider details and accreditation status change over time. You should verify the current accreditation status of any provider directly with the UAE Ministry of Finance and through your own due diligence before appointment.
The presence of a provider in the directory or in your shortlist does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by ECOVIS JRB. ECOVIS JRB has no commercial alliance, referral arrangement, or financial interest in any provider listed unless expressly identified as such.
If you choose to provide your details through the lead capture form on the assessment tool, those details will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By submitting the form, you consent to ECOVIS JRB sending you the assessment report and follow-up communications relevant to UAE e-invoicing and our advisory practice. You may opt out of follow-up communications at any time by replying to any communication or by writing to support@taxoasis.ae.
The website and the content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ECOVIS JRB excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, or non-infringement.
ECOVIS JRB will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or your reliance on any content or output produced through it. The aggregate liability of ECOVIS JRB in connection with these Terms or the website, regardless of the cause of action, is limited to AED 500.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the website are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
