TaxOasis is owned and operated by Curaty Private Limited (CIN U74999GJ2020PTC117337), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at SF-11A, Indiabulls Megamall, Akota Road, Vadodara, Gujarat, India 390007. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Curaty Private Limited.
The platform's tax content is professionally reviewed under an exclusive arrangement with ECOVIS JRB Chartered Accountants, Dubai. Under this arrangement, ECOVIS JRB provides professional oversight of the platform's tax intelligence content and serves as the referral destination for queries requiring personalised professional advice. Use of the platform does not create a client relationship between you and either Curaty Private Limited or ECOVIS JRB Chartered Accountants.

The "ECOVIS" name and logo are trademarks of ECOVIS International and appear on the platform under the professional review arrangement described in section 1.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for the purposes described in section 3. You may share links to public pages of the website. You may not, without our prior written consent, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the content; create derivative works based on the content or the computation logic; or extract, scrape, or use automated means to copy any part of the website or the underlying data.
The output produced for you by the tools, including any personalised report, is provided for your internal business use. You may share that output within your organisation and with your professional advisors.
The platform uses AI-assisted technology to process queries and generate responses. Responses are generated by combining deterministic computation of UAE tax legislation with AI-assisted natural language reasoning. While we take steps to ensure accuracy, including professional review of the platform's content, AI-generated responses may contain errors. You should verify any output before relying on it for business or compliance decisions.
The provider directory and the ASP shortlist generated by the assessment tool are based on publicly available information and on data published by the UAE Ministry of Finance. The information may not be complete or current at the time you view it; provider details and accreditation status change over time. You should verify the current accreditation status of any provider directly with the UAE Ministry of Finance and through your own due diligence before appointment.
The presence of a provider in the directory or in your shortlist does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. We have no commercial alliance, referral arrangement, or financial interest in any provider listed unless expressly identified.
If you choose to provide your details through the lead capture form, those details will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By submitting the form, you consent to receiving the assessment report and follow-up communications relevant to UAE tax compliance. You may opt out of follow-up communications at any time by replying to any communication or by writing to support@taxoasis.ae.
The website and the content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Curaty Private Limited excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, or non-infringement.
